Manager Trainee

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees alongside the General Manager. Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, and encouraging productivity. Ensure a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures and keeping products in-stock. Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs while managing cash handling, fuel transactions, and the Speedy Rewards loyalty program. Requires a valid driver's license for area pricing surveys and the ability to multi-task, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds. Full-time hours with competitive pay, 401K, and paid time off available.
