Job Summary
Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees alongside the General Manager. Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, and ensuring a clean, safe environment that complies with health and sanitation procedures. Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs while managing cash handling, fuel transactions, and the Speedy Rewards loyalty program. Conduct area pricing surveys using a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Full-time hours with competitive pay, 401K, and benefits including medical, dental, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License from the state of residence and auto insurance
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one year of Retail Management experience
