Job Summary
Support location sales goals and deliver excellent customer service while learning CRM best practices. Manage fleet logistics, inventory control, and vehicle preparation, including lot management and cleaning. Assist with store operations, compliance, and finance processes to support deal completion and understand business metrics. Shadow management to build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prepare for promotion to Branch Manager within 12–18 months through structured training.
Required Qualifications
