Job Summary
Support location sales goals and deliver excellent customer service while learning CRM best practices. Manage fleet logistics, inventory control, and vehicle preparation including cleaning and lot management. Assist with store operations, compliance, and finance processes to support deal completion and reporting. Shadow management in daily operations to build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching. Prepare for promotion to Branch Manager through structured training and hands-on experience. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 20 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow
- Exceptional time management skills
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
