Manager, Tradelane Development, IA

Develop and drive volumes and profitability for the intra-Asia trade lane through actionable plans and processes; identify opportunities to improve volumes and profitability within targeted accounts for specific port pairs; collaborate with Regional Head of Trade Lane Development and country sales to support opportunities, RFQ processes with Product team, and promote services; conduct site visits to offices and customers to support extended sales efforts and growth of trade-lane business; maintain monthly status reporting on volume and income variances; share best practices with regional Trade Lane development team; travel as needed to support growth and service opportunities in Ocean and Air freight; require a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or related field; fluency in English with Mandarin as an added advantage.
