Job Summary
Manager, TPL Sales and Operations Team responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and programs to attract prospective customers, creating sales tools for nationwide deployment, coordinating across the Americas Region, and leading marketing initiatives across logistics modes. Drives social media development, analyzes campaign performance, and strengthens client growth and retention through repeatable sales processes, market research, and integration of selling tools (prospecting software, CRM).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7-10 Years of direct experience in Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, Logistics
- 3-5 years of Manager experience
