Job Summary
Manager leading TPL Sales & Operations overseeing development and execution of marketing strategies and sales tools across the U.S. region to drive client growth and retention. Responsibilities include formulating marketing strategies, creating and deploying marketing materials, managing social media campaigns, supporting sales processes, developing tools to shorten sales cycles, and integrating CRM and prospecting tools. Requires strong knowledge of supply chain management and logistics, ability to translate internal requirements into packaged selling solutions, and leadership to coordinate cross-functional efforts across Americas. Requires Bachelor’s degree, 7-10 years in logistics/supply chain and 3-5 years of managerial experience, with proficiency in MS Office and Korean-English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 7-10 years direct experience in Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, Logistics
- 3-5 years of Manager experience
- Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and database management
- Understanding of the full range of Freight Forwarding services, including movement scheduling, monitor and control services, cost optimization, and various industry specific requirements
