Job Summary
Manager, Total Rewards and People Operations responsible for the development and administration of CBPP’s benefits and total rewards programs; manages HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) data, onboarding/offboarding, payroll-benefits compliance, FMLA, and reporting; builds relationships with employees, brokers, vendors, and providers; drafts benefits communications; researches trends in HR and total rewards; collaborates with Finance and IT to improve processes; develops trainings and ensures regulatory compliance; hybrid work arrangement in Washington, DC (two days in-office, first Thursday of each month in-office).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within the benefits and high-stakes administration functions of a Human Resources team
- Experience managing vendors, carriers, and service providers
- Intermediate to expert level proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/Payroll platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to exercise confidentiality with employee information and discretion
