Job Summary
The Total Rewards and Compensation Manager is responsible for managing Total Rewards and Compensation programs globally, overseeing compensation matters, payroll administration, and compliance. Key responsibilities include administering the compensation evaluation process, managing compensation policies, conducting compensation surveys, and ensuring legal compliance for reporting. The role requires developing global compensation plans and collaborating with various stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of HR experience, including compensation and benefits, and a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the human resources department including compensation and benefits
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience working with Salary Surveys (i.e. Mercer, PNP, Radford, etc.)
- Strong compensation plan and total rewards design experience including equity programs
- Proven experience in knowledge and understanding of compensation administration, including short-term and long-term incentive programs
