Job Summary
Manager, Ticketing: lead and manage the Ticketing Team; oversee end-to-end ticketing setup including event configuration, pricing rules, allocations, pre-sales and on-sales; ensure system stability, data accuracy, and timely payouts; oversee ticketing support for internal stakeholders and external hirers; maintain SOPs for sales, refunds, exchanges, and contingency handling; prepare sales and settlement reports; manage third-party ticket distribution channels; coach and develop frontline staff to deliver professional service; ensure alignment with Finance requirements and contract compliance; require university degree and 7-10 years in ticketing with 3-5 years in a supervisory role; strong communication in Cantonese and English; Putonghua an advantage; located in Hong Kong with on-site office operations.
Required Qualifications
- university degree in Marketing, Event Management, E-Commerce or related disciplines
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in ticketing operation, event ticketing, digital commerce, venue management, or related commercial functions
- minimum 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- proven experience with enterprise-level event ticketing systems
- attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills
- customer-oriented mindset with ability to balance audience needs, commercial objectives and governance requirements
- bilingual communication: Cantonese and English; Putonghua is an advantage
