Job Summary
Manager of Ticket Operations oversees all aspects of ticketing and events at Rocket Arena, including inventory management, event reporting, website content management, and supervision of full-time, part-time, and game-day staff. Collaborates with Leadership on ticketing projects, system upgrades, and training; coordinates with sales teams (season, single-game, group) and third-party ticketing vendors to develop offers and packages that drive sales; responsible for reporting, process improvement, and resolving customer issues while maintaining high-performance culture and cross-department collaboration; serves as a primary liaison with the ticketing vendor for communications, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements; requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and aligns with the entertainment industry schedule; equal opportunity employer.
