Job Summary
Lead risk consulting across multiple business areas, challenging and guiding implementation of third party risk management practices; analyze data to identify risks and trends, oversee risk assessments (e.g., RCSA and DORR), audits and exams; support collaboration across Compliance, IATPM, XDS, Business Continuity, and other partners to provide an integrated risk experience; demonstrate problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills to ensure effective risk management and remediation; stay current with changing regulatory environments and articulate impacts to the businesses supporting third party risk management initiatives; manage multiple priorities to drive business value for the Third Party Risk Management team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, or Compliance, or Audit
- Masters Degree in Finance, or Accounting, or Audit, or Business Management (Preferred)
- 5+ years of Project Management experience leading cross functional programs in Risk
- Industry certifications in Operational Risk Management (Preferred)
