Job Summary
Lead a multi-disciplinary Process Engineering group focused on thin film deposition for semiconductor applications. Manage ALD/CVD R&D activities, develop and review experimental plans, analyze data, and present recommendations to customers. Drive safety culture with EH&S, plan capital and resources for capacity and growth, and collaborate with product management, engineering, quality, analytics, and safety teams to align research with roadmaps and promote technology adoption. Requires a Master’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of ALD/CVD/semiconductor process experience, plus 5+ years of management, with hands-on deposition experience, cleanroom exposure, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in chemical, electrical, mechanical engineering or chemistry
- 10+ years of experience in ALD or CVD R&D or Semiconductor Process Engineering
- 5+ years of management experience
- Knowledge of Semiconductor processes and integration
- Experience with statistical discovery programs for design of experiment creation or data analysis (SAS JMP or others)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and continuously develop a team
- Effective communication skills for worldwide customer base
- Hands-on experience in cleanrooms and running ALD tools and developing new deposition processes
