Manager, Therapy Development

Lead the therapy development program for Artivion’s Aortic Arch portfolio in the US, spanning clinical study support through commercial education and engagement with surgeons and sites. Responsibilities include on-call technical/clinical support for investigators during patient screening and planning, coordinating investigator meetings and on-site training, ensuring device inventory and orders during enrollment, timely clinical documentation, supporting CT imaging evaluation, collecting investigator feedback and reporting issues, designing and executing national/local education strategies for the US sales team, developing surgeon training and engagement programs, building key external/internal partnerships to drive adoption, and attending surgical congresses (in-person or remote) with up to 50% travel. Requires collaboration across cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, clinical, R&D, etc.), strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a high-visibility role.
