Job Summary

As a Restaurant Manager with THE ONE GROUP, you will oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, lead a team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences, ensure service excellence, manage staffing and training, monitor vendor relationships, and drive profitability. You will recruit and onboard top talent, conduct performance appraisals, and maintain brand standards while promoting local partnerships and promotional initiatives. The role requires applying hospitality policies, ensuring sanitation and safety compliance, leveraging restaurant management software, and delivering a high-energy dining atmosphere with strong financial oversight.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager
  • Strong customer service background with a focus on guest experience
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to educate staff on menus and ingredients
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Acute financial management skills, with experience handling budgets and P&L reports
