Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager to manage and drive sales through distribution in order to attain market leadership in the given territory, through growth in gross numbers and revenues. Responsibilities include delivering sales targets for all products (voice-prepaid / post-paid, data, VAS, handsets) by executing the distribution strategy at the channel-partner level; monitoring acquisition quality via the distribution channel; tracking competition and reporting; ensuring stock availability at retail; executing promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility; achieving zonal revenue targets; expanding retail outlets; managing DSE and KPIs; supervising MD/AD/SD management; and building strategic relationships and organizational agility through analytical thinking and problem solving.
Required Qualifications
- Essential: Graduation
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Experience with distribution planning and channel implementation
- Graduation
- MBA (Desirable)
