Job Summary
Territory-focused leadership role overseeing a multi-state region (Utah, Colorado, Alaska, Nevada, and parts of Wyoming/Nebraska) responsible for driving new business and increasing penetration in existing accounts within a specified product line. Manages 5+ field sales personnel, owns quarterly/annual sales budgets, analyzes financial data to identify needs, and sets long-/short-term strategic plans. Responsible for coaching, training, and developing talent; builds stakeholder relationships with customers through B2B negotiations, and collaborates across internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Requires travel 50-75%, strong skills in planning, forecasting, negotiation, and effective presentations, and prior healthcare sales experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
