Job Summary
Lead a team of tender managers, developers, designers, and cost engineers to drive tender strategy, market positioning, and concept development. Manage the full tender process from analysis and design through risk management, bidding, and handover to realization. Identify market potential, develop unique proposals, and build long-term relationships with clients, advisors, and construction partners. Oversee department budgets, performance, financial health, quality, compliance, and process optimization. Report directly to the Regional Director, bridging strategy with execution across finance, HR, and legal functions. Collaborate externally with architects, consultants, and contractors to secure opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Hbo/wo werk- en denkniveau (bedrijfskunde of bouw/ installatietechniek)
- Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in planontwikkeling, tendermanagement of technisch/commerciële projectrollen in de utilitaire markt
- Aantoonbare ervaring met leidinggeven aan multidisciplinaire teams
- Kennis van contracten, aanbestedingen en risicomanagement
