Job Summary
Manage IT and OT service delivery across corporate and operational environments, developing infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems. Oversee cyber security, business continuity, and disaster recovery practices while managing incident, problem, and change management processes. Lead technology projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure services are reliable, secure, and scalable. Develop a high-performing technology team and foster strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal leaders. This permanent full-time role is based in Perth and reports to the General Manager Technology. Candidates require demonstrated leadership experience in complex technology environments, strong service management and network expertise, and proven project delivery skills.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience across IT operations, infrastructure and/or operational technology environments
- Strong understanding of service management, networks, cloud technologies, cyber security and technology governance
- Proven experience delivering technology projects and driving continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management capability
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience within mining, resources, industrial or multi-site operations
- Valid Australian national police clearance
- Australian driver's licence (or be able to obtain)
