Job Summary
Support the delivery of BCPF's technology strategy, managing the technology roadmap and annual budget while leading evaluations for new technology requests. Proactively manage the software portfolio and vendor contracts to optimize effectiveness, cost, and service levels, ensuring consistent adoption of enterprise platforms. Partner with teams across the organization to define problems, map processes, and implement AI solutions and automations that improve workflow efficiency. Oversee cybersecurity, data privacy policies, and staff training, while managing the Microsoft 365 environment and office hardware for hybrid working arrangements. Lead the optimization of SharePoint as the primary information management platform, maintaining appropriate privacy controls and access alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing technology systems and software portfolios in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Microsoft Office 365 administration
- SSO deployment
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Experience managing vendors and external service providers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Ability to build trust across teams
- Full-time employment
- Hybrid schedule of 2 days per week in the Vancouver office
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with ERP and/or CRM platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Experience with AI tools and automation
- Practical understanding of how to apply AI tools and automation in an organizational context
- Experience in the non-profit or charitable sector
