Manager, Technology Governance

Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple IT governance projects and large-scale programs, drive the evolution and standardization of PMO processes and governance frameworks, partner with onshore and offshore stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic IT initiatives, provide leadership and coaching to project managers across Agile, Waterfall, QA, and solution delivery, manage portfolio planning and execution including resource allocation, budgeting, risk tracking, and status reporting to executives, monitor project performance through KPIs and reporting, proactively remove impediments, and develop sourcing strategies including vendor partnerships to meet delivery and cost objectives. Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams aligned with organizational goals, with a focus on talent development and retention.
