Job Summary
Manager, Technology Delivery (Application Development) to lead agile software development team, mentor and oversee the delivery of high-quality software products across the enterprise. Responsibilities include setting goals, defining roles, coordinating with product owners and stakeholders, developing project plans, allocating resources, ensuring adherence to architectural design, coding standards, testing strategies, and quality assurance, and driving continuous improvement. Requires strong leadership, data/software architecture understanding, design and testing principles, experience guiding teams through agile methodologies, collaboration with stakeholders, and ability to mentor staff to advance their careers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems Business related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Seven (7) years' experience in a software development role or developer subject matter expert role.
- Three (3) years of Resource Management required.
- Five (5) years in a senior or subject matter expert position.
- Experienced in mentoring teams on Agile best practices
