Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions, designing RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and prompt orchestration strategies. Architect intelligent agent systems using pro-code and no-code approaches while driving data ingestion and enrichment pipelines on Azure. Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices including CI/CD, observability, and governance, and manage a team of AI engineers to transition pilots to measurable impact. Collaborate with business and security teams to embed responsible AI and explainability into all systems. Requires strong Python skills, Azure expertise, and leadership experience taking solutions from PoC to enterprise rollout.
Required Qualifications
- Strong foundation in AI/ML algorithms, model evaluation, and applied ML systems
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and advanced Prompt Engineering techniques
- Strong experience processing structured and unstructured data (text, documents, PDFs, images)
- Expertise in value extraction from heterogeneous file types using OCR, NLP, and Document AI
- Experience with OCR pipelines (Azure OCR, Azure Document Intelligence, or equivalent)
- Strong hands-on Python skills with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and NLP libraries
- Experience building Agentic AI solutions using pro-code frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel)
- Experience with no-code / low-code AI tooling and copilots (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, workflow agents)
- Understanding of agent orchestration, tool-calling, memory, planning, and human-in-the-loop patterns
- Strong experience with Azure Cloud, AI services, and enterprise integration patterns
- Strong people management, technical leadership, and execution ownership
- Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable AI and agent architectures
- Proven experience taking AI solutions from PoC to enterprise-wide rollout
- Excellent communication with technical, business, and leadership stakeholders
