Job Summary
Oversees all aspects of the technology and operational relationship with customers; partners with internal delivery teams and customer support to understand the customer’s technology infrastructure; conducts quarterly operational reviews and develops delivery process maps; contributes to delivering integrated solutions that address customer needs; conducts data analysis on delivery projects and reports performance against success metrics; identifies customer needs and coordinates with partners across business functions to complete delivery and customer support tasks; communicates findings and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders; demonstrates presentation skills, data-driven approach, and industry knowledge to support technology account management processes.
