Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML-driven transformation projects across business functions such as customer experience and service operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, formulate hypotheses, and design experiments to validate assumptions. Analyze results to deliver data-driven insights and partner with data science teams to operationalize models. Develop structured problem-solving frameworks, drive project planning and risk management using agile methodologies, and lead team mentorship for timely execution. Requires 6–10 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or applied data science with SQL, Python, and JIRA proficiency. Based in Pune, this role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology to shape sustainable change for Fortune 500 clients.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, project delivery, analytics, or applied data science
- Proven experience in AI/ML or data-driven transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical thinking with a hypothesis-driven and structured problem-solving approach
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical business applications
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively
- Strong communication, storytelling, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in ambiguous environments
- SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Python for data analysis, experimentation, and prototyping
- Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint for analysis, modeling, and executive communication
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams
- Curiosity to explore and apply emerging technologies to real-world problems
- Ownership mindset with a focus on driving measurable impact
