Manager- Technical Services (Formulation Development)

Job Summary
Lead formulation development and tech transfer for new product development and reformulation; supervise development projects, plan OE initiatives at site and third-party sites; coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, and Purchase for materials; develop vendor and material specifications; coordinate with Engineering for equipment maintenance; provide training and onboarding; prepare and revise development and transfer documentation; initiate Change Control for new projects; leverage AI tools to enhance problem solving and productivity; location: Goa, India (on premise).
Required Qualifications
- Pharmacy degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent)
- 7 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, and CAD (or equivalents)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Capacity to work effectively under pressure
- Experience in managing people within a technical environment
