Job Summary

Lead and develop a high-performing team of technical recruiters and sourcers, ensuring hiring goals are met across Engineering, Infrastructure, AI, and Product organizations. Own full-cycle recruiting strategies, set talent bar standards, and coach staff on sourcing, assessment, and closing techniques. Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, optimize recruiting processes and tooling, and monitor KPIs including pipeline health and forecast accuracy. Champion inclusive hiring practices, leverage market data for strategic decisions, and identify opportunities to apply automation and AI for scalability.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • experience leading recruiting teams in a high-growth technology company
  • Proven success managing technical recruiters and/or sourcers
  • consistently delivering against ambitious hiring goals
  • Experience partnering directly with Engineering and executive leadership
  • Hands-on expertise with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and sourcing platforms
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics
  • experience using data to drive operational improvements and business decisions
  • Excellent coaching, leadership, and performance management skills
  • track record of developing high-performing recruiting teams
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across technical organizations

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience scaling recruiting organizations through hypergrowth, IPO preparation, or other periods of significant organizational expansion
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting technologies, AI-enabled recruiting tools, and automation platforms
  • Experience partnering closely with Recruiting Operations, Talent Intelligence, or People Analytics teams
  • Experience recruiting for infrastructure, cloud computing, AI/ML, hardware, manufacturing, or data center organizations
  • Experience building recruiter enablement programs, interview training, or recruiting playbooks
