Job Summary
Manager, Technical Program Management leading the Content & Business Products (CBP) TPM organization across CIS and Ntech. Responsible for shaping a high-performance TPM culture, prioritizing complex, cross-functional initiatives (including content infrastructure, GenAI tooling, and enterprise-wide transformations), managing multi-quarter programs, aligning roadmaps with Engineering and Product leadership, and guiding architectural decisions with risk mitigation and incremental delivery. Partners with stakeholders across Ads billing, Netflix House, Finance, Legal, Talent, and Customer Support, and engages vendors to align product trajectories with business needs. The role emphasizes leadership, program governance, KPI development, and building trusted relationships across a broad internal ecosystem while navigating regulatory environments and enterprise-scale programs.
Required Qualifications
- Decade-plus of leadership in technical program management or engineering with cross-functional influence
- 3+ years of managing TPM teams and developing top-tier talent within high-performing orgs
- History of driving massive enterprise programs in content, finance, or data systems with measurable regulatory or revenue impact
- Fluency in enterprise SaaS landscapes and operating within complex regulatory environments
- Familiarity with GenAI, AI/ML, and modern workplace productivity platforms
- Ability to engage deeply with engineers and provide guidance on system design and delivery strategy
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster cross-group collaboration
- Aptitude for navigating ambiguity and building consensus in a decentralized environment
- Experience spearheading modernization efforts that redefine organizational workflows
- Deep domain expertise in content and enterprise infrastructure, especially where GenAI and financial platforms intersect
