Job Summary
Monitor regular administration, guide the team to conduct standard performance trend analyses, and manage server capacity. Support efforts to optimize system configurations and backups independently. Provide guidance on implementing enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and security of systems and environments. Guide the team to serve as liaisons for investigating standard system issues and facilitate high-severity incident triage to drive resolution. Manage the team for escalated support cases to drive issue resolution for a wide range of production environment problems.
