Job Summary
Lead end-to-end operations of Data Center, Server & Virtualization, Network Infrastructure, Linux Platforms, Deskside Support, SOC, and NOC. Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability while driving proactive monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis. Maintain SLA, OLA, and KPI targets aligned with business requirements through major incident leadership and service restoration activities. Develop operational dashboards and executive reports on service performance. Adhere to ITIL best practices and ISO processes to ensure risk compliance and continuous improvement. Manage a team of 25+ members across multiple technologies with a forward-thinking approach toward AI and Agentic AI adoption in IT operations.
Required Qualifications
- 18-20 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations, Service Delivery, and Infrastructure Management
- Experience handling at least 25+ team members in multiple technologies, helpdesk, server, network, cloud
- Strong experience in ITIL and ISO processes
- Core technical expertise in at least 2 technologies
- Understanding and work on concept of Automation and AI
- Understanding of Risk and compliance management
- Experience in Service Improvement Plan
- Preferably from IT service company such as Wipro, Cognizant, LTI, etc.
- Must be from KSA Region
- Good communication skills
