Job Summary
Manager, Technical Information to lead the creation, maintenance, and distribution of all technical documentation and product information for Hiab Loader Cranes. Ensure access to accurate, compliant, and user-friendly information for customers, service teams, manufacturing personnel, and regulatory authorities throughout the product lifecycle. Oversees TI system architecture, ownership of TI deliverables, and KPIs; leads cross-functional collaboration, budget management, and on-the-job skills training. Requires strong leadership, content management, IT systems for advanced content management, AI, translation engines, and a focus on clear, engaging communication across a global organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics or Electronics
- 2 years of experience in Machinery Industry in the area of Technical Information
- Fluency in English
