Job Summary
As a Technical Enablement Manager, you will guide validation and qualification efforts for DRAM products from early samples through customer approvals, translating complex engineering details into clear direction and driving cross-team alignment. You will build and maintain validation/test plans, schedules and documentation, manage milestones, coordinate root-cause analysis and issue resolution, and deliver status updates and technical insights through presentations and partner meetings. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, program management experience, the ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers and internal stakeholders, and a background in electrical/computer engineering with hands-on semiconductor validation exposure. Salary ranges reflect experience, location, and role, with base pay in the US across San Jose, CA and Boise, ID locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of demonstrated ability in DRAM product, design, validation, or related semiconductor engineering fields
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills with ability to present technical information clearly
- Experience working across multi-functional teams and managing competing priorities
- Ability to relay technical information to and from enablers and customers, verbally and in writing, at a professional level
- Program management experience leading sophisticated, cross-functional technical initiatives
