Manager, Technical Accounting

Job Summary
Lead our technical accounting policy function, provide consultation on technical accounting issues, and prepare detailed accounting memos. Ensure accounting policies reflect current landscape, monitor and interpret new US GAAP pronouncements and SEC requirements, lead the accounting of derivatives, review revenue contracts for ASC 606, assist in Form 10Q and 10K filings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, interact with internal and external auditors, and perform special projects as assigned. Requires collaboration across controllership, FP&A, operations, tax, legal, and other partners; strong communication and analytical skills; CPA license and 5+ years of relevant experience; SAP and HFM experience preferred; travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years experience in Public Accounting, Industry with a Public Company, or a combination
- Active CPA license required
