Job Summary
End-to-end ownership of the B2B IT product and service portfolio. Leadership and day-to-day management of a team of B2B professionals. Service availability, incident management, Tier 2 support, and continuous improvement. Business requirements analysis, solution design, change management, UAT, and deployment. Vendor management, prioritization, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. Collaboration with local and global teams to deliver impactful technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in product, service, or application management
- Hands-on SQL expertise with complex queries, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, APIs, interfaces, and data flows
- Experience working with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional technology teams
- Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken - a must
- Knowledge of SAP ECC modules such as SD, FI, or IM - an advantage
