Job Summary
Design and oversee enterprise technology architectures and IT infrastructure supporting regulatory, supervisory, or compliance functions. Develop technology roadmaps aligning IT strategy with organizational goals and scalability needs. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for requirements definition, implementation oversight, and service-level management. Manage system deployments, including testing, user acceptance, change management, and transition to operations. Ensure adherence to information security, cyber-risk, and data governance standards in high-risk environments. Requires 3–5 years of experience in RegTech, financial institutions, or government organizations, with a relevant bachelor's degree and certifications such as CISSP or CEH.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in technology architecture, IT infrastructure management, regulatory technology (RegTech), or enterprise systems
- Experience gained within regulatory authorities, financial institutions, government organizations, fintech firms, or international organizations
- Experience in designing and overseeing enterprise technology architectures and IT infrastructure, including systems supporting regulatory, supervisory, or compliance functions
- Proven experience in technology planning and roadmap development, aligning IT architecture with organizational strategy, regulatory objectives, and scalability needs
- Practical exposure to RegTech, SupTech, or compliance platforms, including deployment, integration, and lifecycle management of technology solutions
- Experience coordinating with technology vendors, system integrators, and service providers, including requirements definition, implementation oversight, and service-level management
- Experience overseeing system deployment and implementation, including testing, user acceptance, change management, and transition to operations
- Familiarity with information security, cyber-risk, data governance, and system resilience in regulated or high-risk environments
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Cryptography, Information Systems, AI, Data Analytics, Blockchain or closely related technological discipline
