Job Summary
Manager – TeamMate at PwC leads and coaches the internal audit (IA) function for client engagements, drives project planning, budgeting, execution and completion, mentors team members, and ensures quality and timely delivery. Responsibilities include pre-sales activities to understand PwC/Wolters Kluwer/TeamMate business initiatives, demonstrating TeamMate software solutions to address client problems, conducting business analysis sessions to capture requirements, configuring software to align with client processes, training end-users prior to go-live, providing ad-hoc client support, and collaborating with leadership to meet objectives. The role requires staying informed on industry trends and regulatory changes, articulating PwC core values, and leveraging technology to enhance delivery. Ideal candidates possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, with a background in internal audit, governance, risk, or compliance and experience in client-facing or B2B software implementations; willingness to travel up to 20% and the ability to operate autonomously.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Internal Audit certification (e.g. CIA, CRMA, CISA) or knowledge of internal audit or related corporate governance disciplines (for example internal control, risk management, compliance, policy and procedures management)
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in a presales role selling complex B2B software solutions or similar consultative sales role (advantageous)
- Travel availability up to 20%
