Manager- Taxation

Prepare, review, and file all Income Tax returns, Transfer Pricing documentation, and TDS/TCS returns in compliance with applicable laws. Review financial records to determine annual and advance tax liabilities, then reconcile tax accounts and support financial statement preparation. Lead the Internal Control & Compliance Department, ensuring full statutory and legal compliance alongside the Kemin Global Code of Conduct. Conduct research on local tax laws, monitor legislative changes, and prepare documentation for internal and external audits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside tax firms to address audit findings and resolve tax-related matters.
