Job Summary
Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale Pillar Two GMT engagements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to agreed scope and service levels. Provide technical oversight and guidance across multiple jurisdictions, review and validate complex deliverables for quality and compliance, and manage client and stakeholder relationships by anticipating needs and proposing practical solutions. Plan and allocate resources effectively while coaching team members, conducting regular feedback conversations, and supporting career progression. Drive continuous improvement by enhancing delivery workflows and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and scalability. Navigate cross-border environments, coordinate with internal teams and network firms, and contribute to technical knowledge development through building internal guidance and training initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Professional qualification
- Strong business technical knowledge
- At least 6 years working experience in tax compliance and consultancy
- Ideally in a professional services organization
- A commitment to learn new tax concepts and work in a tax technology environment
- Excellent client handling and team work skills
- People management and project management experience
- A good level of commercial awareness
- Self-motivated
- An appetite to support business development efforts to advertise our services and secure new clients
- Good English speaking and writing skills
Desired Qualifications
- Pillar Two GMT knowledge/experience
- A good understanding of IFRS and/or MFRS rules
