Job Summary
Lead and oversee complex tax reporting initiatives and projects (QI, FATCA, CRS, CRA, and RQ) while strengthening vendor relationships, modernizing processes, and shaping the future state of wealth tax operations. Manage vendor relationships, participate in production/UAT activities, monitor milestones and risks, and act as a subject-matter expert on tax reporting readiness during regulatory or platform changes. Collaborate with Wealth partners, Data Validation, and Platform teams to drive process improvements, data quality, and governance. Demonstrate strong leadership and people-management abilities, effective communication to senior audiences, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with experience in U.S. and Canadian tax regulatory regimes. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, plus familiarity with project-management tools; ability to navigate large-scale change initiatives and maintain compliance and risk controls.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Tax Operations, Operations, Regulatory Reporting, Client Reporting, Project Management or related areas
