Job Summary
Manager role in Tax at Carr, Riggs & Ingram (CRI). Provide final technical review of tax returns and documents, research tax issues, stay current with tax law changes, manage planning and coordination of client work to meet deadlines, maintain client relationships, supervise staff, monitor quality and performance, assign and track tasks, develop staff, and contribute to new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include ensuring deadlines are met, supervising subordinates, managing billing and WIP, and facilitating in-house CPE/training; requires leadership and strong organizational abilities with at least 5 years in public accounting. Located in Juarez, Chihuahua (Mexico).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Well-developed decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritize a heavy workload
- Experience in directing and coordinating client work and staff development
- Experience with billing functions and collections
- Experience with CPE and training activities
