Job Summary

Manager TAM responsible for delivering end-to-end technical solutions for the integration of CleverTap products with customer systems, conducting health checks for assigned accounts, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and driving product adoption. You will engage with customers via calls to understand business requirements, troubleshoot challenges, collaborate with internal teams (CS, Product, Engineering) to implement use cases, document technical requirements and timelines, and support platform adoption and success across mobile and web solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Must Have: 4+ years of experience in Technical Support/Technical Account management/Technical Onboarding role
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in mobile and/or web application development
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal skills), able to translate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with mobile development - Android, iOS, React Native
  • Experience in a customer-facing role involving technical problem solving, product implementation, technical support in B2B SaaS, Mobile, API, or Web-based technologies.
