Job Summary
Partner directly with managers to advise on organizational structures, performance management, and complex people issues. Manage the employee experience from hire to retire by scoping roles, coaching, and running bi-annual development processes. Resolve employee relations matters through performance management guidance and career development counseling. Empower managers as a point of contact for HR issues while collaborating cross-functionally to implement diversity and inclusion practices. Analyze attrition trends to create proactive solutions and own people compliance within the business area.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in an HR role
- experience across some of the following HR disciplines including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, employment law, compensation practices or organizational design
- Excellent communication skills
- demonstrated ability to build credibility with all levels within the organization
- Able to use and interpret data
