Job Summary
Manager of Talent Operations responsible for leading recruitment, onboarding, and compliance within a high-volume talent function. Oversees a team of recruiters, develops scalable HR processes, ensures I-9 and employment-law compliance, and partners with senior leadership on workforce planning. Leads the design and optimization of recruiting workflows and onboarding programs, drives quality hires, and leverages HRIS/ATS systems with an emphasis on continuous improvement and an engaging employee experience across a dispersed organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing HR/recruiting teams
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., UKG, ADP Workforce Now, Sage, or similar)
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels
- Experience in high-volume recruitment and workforce environments
