Job Summary
The Manager of Talent & Growth in India is responsible for building people and team capabilities, talent development, performance management, and inclusion at the Bangalore and Mumbai sites. This role involves consulting, designing, and implementing learning and leadership initiatives, partnering with People & Culture Business Partners to address business needs. The candidate should have minimum 10 years of relevant experience, a strong background in organizational development, and exceptional project management skills. They will manage external partnerships and measure the effectiveness of talent solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Adult Education, Psychology) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 10 years demonstrated success and relevant experience in organization consulting, business partnering, instructional design, learning delivery, and leadership facilitation
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proven effective training and facilitation skills
- Exceptional communication and influence skills
