Manager, Talent and Organisation Development

Job Summary
Oversees and supports the design, implementation, and delivery of talent and organisational development programmes in SingPost. Coordinates training sessions and leadership development initiatives; tracks Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and learning progress; conducts Development Needs Analysis (DNA) and provides insights. Manages onboarding processes, maintains learning records and training databases, and supports employee engagement activities including surveys and 360 feedback. Liaises with internal stakeholders (e.g., HRBPs) and external vendors to ensure smooth programme delivery, develops training materials, and facilitates in-house HR trainings. Drives programme outcomes with effective stakeholder coordination and administration, while leveraging available training grants and coordinating with statutory bodies as needed. Maintains a positive, high-performance work environment and supports the overall execution of talent and organisational development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience in Talent Management, Organisational Development, and leadership development
- Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs that address skill gaps
