Job Summary

Manager, Talent Acquisition responsible for owning the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple concurrent searches across various business areas, partnering with senior leadership and department heads, and serving as a trusted ambassador for the WS brand. This role is hands-on and non-coordinative, requiring end-to-end ownership from intake and launch through source, screen, interview coordination, candidate management, offers, and close. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, relationship-building with hiring managers, pipeline management, collaboration with TA Coordinator and HR partners, and contributing to evolving TA processes and tooling. Based in Chestnut Hill, MA with an in-office expectation of 4 days per week, reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition. Requires 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ability to manage multiple searches and engage senior leadership, and comfort with AI-forward recruiting tools.
