Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruitment for Production and Office roles, developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and managing offer documentation while benchmarking compensation and maintaining talent pipelines. Coordinate comprehensive training programs for all employee types, facilitating orientation, compliance courses, and departmental learning plans while monitoring certifications and evaluating effectiveness. Serve as Co-Chair of the Joint Health and Safety Committee, leading inspections, emergency drills, and the development of safety programs including fire and evacuation plans. Maintain all safety documentation, KPIs, and Red Book binders while supporting WSIB administration and Ministry of Labour compliance. Collaborate with the HR Manager – Employee Relations & Compliance to ensure legislative adherence and workforce planning. Full-time onsite role in Vaughan, Ontario, with regular 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. hours and flexibility for recruitment and safety initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- CHRP designation
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, training, and Health & Safety
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Standards Act (ESA), Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), AODA, WSIB, and applicable Ontario employment legislation
- Experience leading recruitment, employee training, Health & Safety programs, and Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) initiatives
- Proficiency with HUMI or a comparable HRIS
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

- Full-time, onsite position based at the Company's manufacturing facility in Vaughan, Ontario
- Regular working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
- Flexibility to support recruitment activities, training sessions, Health & Safety initiatives, Company events, or operational requirements
