Job Summary
Lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy, act as strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities, and drive operational excellence across the full recruitment lifecycle. Build and mentor a high-performing recruiting team, champion innovative sourcing and AI-enabled tools, establish scalable processes and KPIs, leverage analytics for executive decision-making, and partner with operational groups to strengthen employer branding and candidate attraction. Oversee recruitment technologies and compliance, and foster continuous improvement to improve candidate experience and overall talent acquisition performance. The role includes a base salary range of $140,000–$160,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus plan and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting and team leadership at a managerial or senior level
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate recruitment data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
- Preferred familiarity with AI platforms and tools related to Talent Acquisition
