Job Summary
Manager, Talent Acquisition for Nassau Private Destinations recruitment operations. Lead recruiting programs, performance management of recruiting professionals, and data-driven reporting. Collaborate with HRIS, Talent Operations, and People Analytics to measure recruitment activity metrics; oversee workforce planning, diversity recruitment, and onboarding support; provide training, mentorship, and liaison for onboarding and recruitment programs; manage budget with Director of Talent Acquisition; ensure compliant and effective employment practices; significant analytics, dashboards, and KPI monitoring for Private Destinations Nassau Bahamas recruitment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience, with minimum 5 years of management experience
- Minimum 2 years’ related business intelligence experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years working experience in international hospitality and/or travel industry
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
