Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a global Product and Engineering recruiting team, partnering with business leaders to identify, attract, assess and hire exceptional engineers. The role includes mentoring and developing recruiting professionals, scaling global recruiting processes, direct sourcing of niche engineering talent, crafting compelling candidate outreach, maintaining accurate ATS documentation, and ensuring a superior candidate experience across a fast-paced, technical environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or related discipline
- 5+ years experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers
- 5+ years experience managing a technical recruiting team
- 7+ years sourcing and recruiting engineering talent in a fast paced environment
